Arrears of the Said former Rate, do in the whole amount
to the Sum of Eight hundred Ninety Seven Pounds two
Shillings and five pence, And that he hath disbursed thereout
Several Sums of Money amounting in the whole to the Sum
of Eight hundred and Sixteen Pounds eleven Shillingsand
Nine pence and three farthings, So that there is now
remaining in the hands of the Said Treasurer upon the
Ballance of the Said Account the Sum of Eighty Pounds
ten Shillings Seven Pence and one farthing, This Court
doth agree to the Said Account and Report made concerning
the Same, And doth ratify and confirm the Said Account
and Report andthe Same are hereby ratified
and confirmed accordingly.

By adjornment on Thursday the 26th. Day of February 1746 .

A Report being made unto this court, Ore tenus, by Philip
Dyot, Boulton Mainwaring, John Tall< no role > , William Withers< no role > and
Robert Paul< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the Peace of this County concerning
the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the Said County dated
the twenty fourth Day of February 1746 of the Moneys by him
reced for Rents of the Estate belonging to this county, which
Account the Said Justices are of Opinion is a right and true
Account, It appeareth to this Court by the Said Account that the
Several Sums of money reced by the Said Treasurer for the Rents of
the Said County Estate do in the whole amount to the Sum of
two hundred and Sixty Pounds Eleven Shillings and five pence,
And that he hath disbursed thereout Several Sums of Money
amounting in the whole to the Sum of One hundred Ninety three
Pounds two Shillings and four Pence, So that there is now
remaining in the hands of the Said Treasurer upon the ballance
of the Said Account the Sum of Sixty Seven Pounds Nine Shillings
