Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
of Middx to pay £4. to Mr.
John Appleby< no role > Printer for
printing publick Orders of
Sessions for Suppressing
Disorders in Moorfields and
also other publick Orders
of Sessions for Suppressing
Unlawfull Fairs Etc.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do out of Such like Money as hath been formerly made Use
of on the like publick Occasion pay unto Mr. John Applebee< no role >
Printer the Sum of four Pounds in full of his Bill for printing
three hundred Orders of Sessions in a large Folio Page for
Suppressing Disorders in Moorfields and for Paper, and also for
printing Six hundred Orders of Sessions in a large Broadside
for Suppressing unlawfull Fairs in the Said County and for
Paper, And that the Receipt of the Said Mr. Applebee together
with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said
Treasurer for Such payment.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County Do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of this Court
and John Ditcher< no role > the Sum of eighteen Shillings for their trouble
and Paines in posting updiversdivers printed Orders of
Sessions for Suppressing of Disorders in Moorfields , and also for
posting up in divers other places in this County divers printed
Orders of Sessions for Suppressing of Unlawfull Fairs in the
Said County, And that their Receipts together with this Order
Shall be Sufficient Discharges to the Said Treasurer for
Such payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the 4th. Day of June, 1747.

Order for Articles of Agreemt.
for Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Pavior to
keep the Pavemt. of Brentford
Bridge in repair to be made
for the Term of eleven years
only to commence from
Michas 1746.}

It is Ordered by this Court upon hearing of James Clitherow< no role > Esqr.
one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this County that the Articles
of Agreement which were intended to be made for Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Pavior
to keep the Pavement of Brentford Bridge in Repair for the Term of
twenty one Years for the yearly Sum of Nine Pounds to be paid to him in
respect thereof, be made for the Term of Eleven years only to comence
from Michaelmas one thousand Seven hundred and forty Six, which
yearly Sum of Nine Pounds is to be paid to the Said John Wilkins< no role > by
Order of the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the sd. County.
