next being the Second Day of the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the Said County at ten of the
Clock
in the Forenoon to inspect Audite and adjust
the Account of Mr.
John Higgs< no role >
of the Moneys by him
received as Treasurer of this County Since the Staling
of his last Account and of his Disbursments thereout
and also his Account of the Moneys by him reced for
the Rents of the Estate belonging to the Said County
and of his payments out of the Same, which respective
Accounts the Said Mr. Higgs is hereby required to prepare
and lay before the Said Committee at the time and place
aforesaid who are hereby desired to make their Report
touching the Said Accounts to the Court on the County
Day of the Same Session.
