It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is
hereby recommended and referred unto Thomas Lane< no role > ,
John Milner< no role > James Clitherow< no role > , Samuel Tatein, Robert
Tothill, Richard Ricards< no role > , Robert Paul, Merry Teshmaker
Henry Breadhead< no role > , Peter Elers< no role > , Philip Dyot< no role > , Thomas
Moore, Charles Egerton< no role > , George Errington< no role > , Francis Hole< no role > ,
William Withers< no role > , Boulton Mainwaring< no role > and John
Lawton Esqr. Justices of the Peace of this County
and Such other Justices of the Peace as Shall think fit to
be present on this Occasion or any three or more of them
as a Committee to meet together at Hicks hall in St.
John Street on Tuesday the twenty fourth Day of February
next being the Second Day of the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the Said County at ten of the
Clock in the Forenoon to inspect Audite and adjust
the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role > of the Moneys by him
received as Treasurer of this County Since the Staling
of his last Account and of his Disbursments thereout
and also his Account of the Moneys by him reced for
the Rents of the Estate belonging to the Said County
and of his payments out of the Same, which respective
Accounts the Said Mr. Higgs is hereby required to prepare
and lay before the Said Committee at the time and place
aforesaid who are hereby desired to make their Report
touching the Said Accounts to the Court on the County
Day of the Same Session.
