and built in Stead of the Said Wooden Fence to Seperate
the Said Garden from the Prisoners Yard, Whereupon It is
Ordered by this Court that it be, And It is hereby recomended
and referred to the Said Mr. Mainwaring to give Directions
for the making and placing of Pipes to convey and carry
Off Such Urine and foul Water as aforesaid, And also for the
erecting and building Such Brick Wall as aforesaid, And
also to cause Such other Matters to be done as he Shall think
convenient and necessary, And to employ proper Workmen
for the doing the Same, And that after the Said Matters Shall
be finished to the approbation of the Said Mr. Mainwaring,
an Account of the Expence there of be laid before the Court
of Sessions of the Peace for this County to the intent that
Orders may be given for defraying the Said Expence.

King begun and holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the twenty third
Day of February in the twentieth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord< no role > George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

George Errington< no role > , Henry Norris< no role > , Samuel Tyssen< no role > , Richard
Ricards, Henry Broadhead< no role > , John Lawton< no role > , William Withers< no role > ,
Francis Hole< no role > , Boulton Mainwaring< no role > , Charles Egerton< no role > Esquires
and others their Fellows Justices of our Said Lord the King
assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesd. and also to hear
and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds
committed in the Same County And from thence continued by Several
adjournments untill this Day (to wit) Thursday the twenty Seventh
Day of the Same Month of February in the year aforesaid and on
the Same Day holden by adjornmt. at Hicks hall in St. John Street
aforesaid in and for the Same County before the Justices above named
and others their Fellows aforesaid.
