of their being Indicted before

Certificates Should be

Whereas by an Order made at the General Quarter Session of
the Peace holden for this County in the Month of April one thousand
Seven hundred and forty five It was Ordered that the Prosecutor
or Prosecutors of every Indictment then found or thereafter to be
preferred and found at the Sessions of the Peace for this County for
any Trespass Offence or Misdemeanor, not Capital Should give
Notice in Writing or cause Notice in Writing to be given to
the Defendant or Defendants in Such Indictment that Such
Defendant or Defendants Stood Indicted (mentioning in Such
Notice for what Offence) and that unless Such Defendant or
Defendants Should appear within the first two Days of the
then next ensuing Sessions of the Peace to answer to Such Indictmt.
application would be made to the Court to issue out a Warrant
against Such Defendant or Defendants to oblige him her or them
to appear at the Sessions of the Peace for this County to answer
the Same, And it was further Ordered that no Bench
Warrant or Certificate in order to obtain a Warrant upon
Such Indictment Should be issued out without leave of the
Court until it Should appear by affidavit that Such Notice
in Writing as aforesaid had been given to the Person or Persons
So Indicted, Now upon Several Reasons offered unto this
Court at this present Sessions of the Peace for discharging the
aforesaid Order, It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Order
be vacated and discharged and the Same is hereby vacated and
discharged accordingly.
