Order or Resolution that
Distillers who Sell by
retale are lyable to
Quarter Soldiers.}

A Question arising in this Court whether Distillers
who Sell Strong distilled Spiritous Liquors by Retale
are lyable to quarter Soldiers or not, This Court is
of Opinion that Such Distillers who Sell by retale as
aforesaid are lyable to Quarter Such Soldiers as Shall be
billetted upon them.
