Sums of Money to Several
Workmen for Repairs done
in and about Hicks hall.}

A Report being made unto this Court by Boulton Mainwaring< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this County (to whom
It was referred by Order of Sessions to Survey the painting work
and other work done in and about repairing Hicks hall in the Said
County and to examine what Sum of Money each Workman
deserveth and ought to be allowed for his Work) the Said Mr.
Mainwaring laid before this Court the Several Bills of the Said
Workmen for the Moneys therein charged for the Work by them
done in and about painting & repairing Hicks hall which he
was of opinion ought to be allowed and paid to them, which are
as followeth,

This Court on Consideration of the Premisses Doth Confirm the
Said Report, And the Said respective Persons praying to be paid the
Said respective Sums of Money respectively due to them It is Ordered
by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay to the Said
respective persons the respective Sums of Money abovementioned written
overagainst their respective Names in full of their respective Demands
against this County, And the respective Receipts of the said Several Persons
together with this Order Shall be Sufficient discharges to the Sd. Treasurer
for Such respective payments.
