from December Sessions 1727 to December Sessions 1745 both
inclusive doth amount to the Sum of £371.17s.10d. and that there hath
been disbursed there out from January Sessions 1727 to February
Sessions 1745 both inclusive, the Sum of £355.3s.1d. And that
there is remaining in the hands of the Said

to ballance the Said Account the Sum of £16.14s.9d. It is Ordered
by this Court that the Said

do pay unto James
Waller
Esqr
. the present Clerk of the Peace
of Middx the Said Sum
of Sixteen Pounds fourteen Shillings and Nine pence remaining
in the hands of the Said

upon the ballance
of his Said Account, And that the Receipt of the Said Mr.
Waller together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge
to the Said
Thomas Wilkinson< no role >
for Such payment for which
Sum the Said Mr. Waller (after his Receipt thereof) is to be
accountable to the Justices of the Peace
of the Said County at
their General or Quarter Sessions.
