after the Same Shall be finished, This Court upon reading the Said
Report doth agree thereunto, And the Said Mr. Mainwaring informing
this Court that Several Workman had delivered to him an Account of
what Work may be necessary or proper to be done to Hicks hall aforesaid
for repairing or preservation thereof It is Ordered by this Court
that it be And It is hereby referred unto the Said Mr. Mainwaring to
give direction to the respective Workmen to do what Work he Shall
think necessary or proper to be done to Hicks hall aforesaid It being
intended by this Court that the Work to be by them done thereunto Shall
be under his Direction, to the end the Same may be done and
performed in a Substantial & Workmanlike Manner, and no more be
done than what he Shall expressly order and think necessary And It
is also referred to the Said Mr. Mainwaring to direct Posts to be placed
and Set up to keep Waggons, Drays, Carts & Carriages from off the
Walls of Hicks hall and to prevent them from doing any Damage
thereunto.

Mr. Allen proposeth to do the Painters Work at the following
Prices, twice in Oyl in the best manner,

To paint the Great Room Olive, and the other
Dining Room a clean Stone Colour So as not
