uphold repaire and Maintain Hicks Hall aforesaid and the
pavement thereto belonging with the Appurtenances in
good and Sufficient repair as often as Occasion Shall be or
require, And that he the Said Thomas Northcote< no role > his
Executors or Administrators or Such Deputy as aforesaid
Shall forthwith after the Death of the Said Thomas
Northcote or Sooner Determination of his Said Place of
House Keeper, in Case he Shall be displaced or Removed
from thence or resign the Same, Peaceably and Quietly
Surrender and Deliver up the Possession of Hicks Hall
aforesaid with the Appurtenances, and also all the Goods
therein belonging to this County and also all such other Goods as shall or may belong to this County and Shall be Placed in Hicks
Hall aforesaid and delivered to the Custody & Charge of the
Said Thomas Northcote< no role > or Such Deputy as aforesaid, unto
Such Person or Persons, and in Such Manner as the
Justices of the peace of this County assembled in their
General Quarter or General Sessions or the Major part of
them Shall appoint to take Possession of the same for their
Use, And also upon Condition that he the Said Thomas
Northcote or Such Deputy Cryer to be Approved of as
aforesaid do well & truely execute & perform the Said
Office or Place of Cryer, and Such business as hath been
hereto fore Usually done & performed by the Cryer of the
General Quarter and General Sessions of the peace for
this County, And that he the Said Thomas Northcote< no role >
Shall and will forthwith peaceably and quietly
Surrender & Yeild up his Said Office or Place of Cryer
(in Case he Shall be displaced or removed from thence) to
the Justices of the peace of this County or to Such Person &
in Such Manner as they in their general Quarter or
General Sessions Shall in that behalf appoint For the
Performance of which Condition he the Said Thomas
Northcote is to Enter into a Bond in the Penall Sum of
Five Hundred Pounds unto Edward Barker< no role > Esquire Sr.
John Crosse< no role > Bart . and Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire Justices of the
Peace of this County, And this Court doth Order that the
Order made for the Terms abovementioned Shall be
Observed as a Standing Order of Court as to Such Officers
to be Elected and Appointed by the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the Peace for the Said
County
