releiving of Vagrants for one yeare ending at Michas one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty four, And that the receipt of the
Said Henry Mackris< no role > together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

Order for appointing Mr.
John Rookes< no role > high Constable
within the Hundred of
Edmonton in the Stead of
Mr. Trice Hammond< no role > }

At the request of Trice Hammond< no role > Gent (who was by an Order
made at the General Quarter Session of the peace holden for
this County in the Month of October last appointed high
Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton in the Said
County in the Stead & place of Edmund Bellis< no role > Gent late
high Constable within the Same Hundred) and on hearing
of Councell for the Said Trice Hammond< no role > , And upon Sufficient
reason offered to this Court It is Ordered by this Court that the
Said Trice Hammond< no role > be and he is hereby excused & discharged
from the Said Office of high Constable, And this Court doth
appoint John Rookes< no role > of the parish of Edmonton within the
Said Hundred in this County Gent to be high Constable within
the Said Hundred of Edmonton in the Stead & place of the Said
Trice Hammond< no role > , And doth Order that the Said John Rookes< no role > doe
immediatly (after notice of this Order) attend Hugh Smithson< no role >
James Colebrook< no role > Samuel Tatem< no role > & Merry Teshmaker< no role > Esqrs.
Justices of the peace for this County inhabiting within the Same
Hundred or one of them or Some otherof Justice of the peace
forthethis County residing in or neare the Said
Hundred and before Such Justices or Justice of the peace
take his Oath for his due execution of the Office of high
Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton aforesaid.
