doth referr it to the Said Committee to consider if any and what
method may be proper to be taken to enforce the payment
thereof, And It is further Ordered by this Court that the Said
Treasurer be allowed and do retain in his hands for his own use
the Sum of five guineas for his extraordinary charge & expences
for precepts to the respective high Constables to raise the County
Rate money and to Messengers horse hire & travelling charges
to deliver the Same, and afterwards to make demands of the
County Rate money aforesaid And that he be allowed the Said
Sum of five guineas in his account.

It appearing to this Court by the Report of Sr. Edward Hill< no role > Knt. Nicholas
Jeffreys
< no role > George Errington< no role > & George Tarry< no role > Esquires being a Quorum
of the Committee of Justices of the peace of this County in this behalf
appointed by an Order made at the last General Sessions That they
have in pursuance of the Said Order perused the bill or account of Mr.
James King< no role > Carpenter of moneys by him charged for viewing &
making estimates of the charge of repairing or rebuilding Brentford
Bridge in the Said County, and for repairing Such part of Chertsea
Bridge as is in the Same County, and for his Journeys on that
occasion, amounting in the whole to the Sum of ten pounds and ten
Shillings, And that on hearing of what was alledged by the Said Mr.
King touching his Said demand, and on consideration had of
the Same the Said Justices are of opinion that the Said Mr. King be
allowed and paid the Sum of Nine guineas and no more in full of his
Aaid demand This Court upon reading the Said Report doth agree
with the Said Committee, And doth thereupon Order that Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay unto the Said Mr. John King
the Sum of Nine pounds and Nine Shillings in full of his Said
demand, whose receipt together with this Order Shall be a
Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

be half appointed by an Order made at the last General Sessions
That they have inspected two Several bills brought by Mr.
Thomas Northcote< no role > Housekeeper of the Sessions house called
Hicks hall for repaires done thereto in pursuance of the Said order
and also his Bond for keeping the Same in repair, And do find
that Joseph Jackson< no role > the Bricklayer 's bill doth amount to the
