which Sums amount in the whole to thirty three pounds and
three Shillings Now upon reading the Said Report For as much as it
doth not appear to this Court that the persons alledged to have been
passed by the Said Constables as Vagrants were regularly Passed [..]
the Said Constables Vagarants wereas Such, Or what receipts they
took for them from the Constables to whom the Same were
delivered This Court doth not at present think fift to Order the
whole money above mentioned to be paid to the said Constables,
But doth Order that for Supply of their present exigencys three
parts in Four of each of the respective Sums of money above
mentioned be paid by Mr. John Higgs< no role >
