P adjorn Veneris Sex to Decembris 1728

Order for a Letter to be
written by the Clerk of
the peace to Thomas
Robe Esqr . to discharge

It is ordered by this Court that a Letter be written by the Clerk
of the peace unto Thomas Robe< no role > Esqr . to acquaint him that
it appeared to this Court that Henry Jacob< no role > Clerk to the Said
Mr. Robe as one of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County hath behaved himselfe in a very indecent and
insolent manner towards Severall Gentlemen in the
Commicon. of the peace. and hath conducted himself
in a very irregular manner in respect to the
regulating orders of the Court, and hath in other
respects highly misbehaved himselfe, And that it is the
opinion of this Court that the Said Mr. Robe be desired and
he is accordingly desired immediately to discharge the
Said Henry Jacob< no role > from his Service.

Sr . By Order of the Court of Generall Sessions of the peace for
Middx. this day holden at Hicks Hall Jwrite this to acquaint
you that it appeares to the Said Court that Henry Jacob< no role >
Clerk to Your Selfe as one of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the Said County hath behaved himselfe in a very
indecent and insolent manner towards Severall
Gentlemen in the Comicon. of the peace, and hath
conducted himself in a very irregular manner in
respect to the regulating Orders of the Court and hath in
other respects highly misbehaved himselfe, And that it
