County hath behaved himselfe in a very indecent and
insolent manner towards Severall Gentlemen in the
Commicon. of the peace. and hath conducted himself
in a very irregular manner in respect to the
regulating orders of the Court, and hath in other
respects highly misbehaved himselfe, And that it is the
opinion of this Court that the Said Mr. Robe be desired and
he is accordingly desired immediately to discharge the
Said
