Whereas complaint was made into the Court to the last
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
Adjournment on Thursday the Seventeenth day of October last

. one of his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County by

. another of the Justices of
the peace of the Same County (who together with
John Mathews< no role >
Esqr
. is Clerk of the Market of the Kings household
) touching the
matters menconed & comprized in an Affidt. of
Thomas Feilding< no role >
and
Edward Evans< no role >
Sworne on the Sixteenth day of the Said
month of October last, which Affidavit charged that the said
Thomas Feilding< no role >
and
Edward Evans< no role >
were carryed on or
about the twelfth day of September now last before the Said Mr.
Weedon and Severall other Justices of the peace
for this County
at Uxbridge
aforesaid on the Complaint of
Ann Hale< no role >
of
Uxbridge
in this County widow
for extorting money from
the said
Ann Hale< no role >
under pretence of being Deputys to the
Clerk of the Market of his Majestys household
, And that the
said Mr. Weedon hath returned to the said last Quarter Sessions
four Severall Recognizances against the Said Feilding and
Evans (Vizt.) two Recognizances against the Said Feilding at the
complaint of

and two other Recognizances against the
said Evans at the complaint of the Said four persons, whereas
there was noe more than and Recognizance acknowledged
by the said Feilding & Evans or any more than one read

Affidavit and the said

being now present in Court and
being heard to the matters aforesaid & his Court upon hearing
of what was alledged by the Said Mr. Robe and also by the said
Mr. Weedon, And upon examinacon into the Said matter
Is of opinion that the Said
Mr. Weedon< no role >
acted according to
his Duty, And Doth resolve that the Said Mr. Robe hath
