Which last particular is the more Suspicious because altho
the Clerk of the peace desired him by Order of the Comittee
To give an account what Bail he had Taken, he has in
his answer to it Slightly Said only that he has taken £100
Bail, but in what manner and wither Robert Jennisons< no role >
own Recognizance only, or other Suretys and if so,
who and what they are is not said,

Nor doth it appear That he hath bound over any person
whatsoever to prosecute the Said Robert Jennison< no role >
for so great an Offence as in Duty as well as discretion
he ought to have done.

Thus the Comittee Conceive that the Charge remains
Even underyed nay the proceeding Such as it is
rather attempted to be Justified by the said Francis
Jennison But Submit the whole matter to the Court
to proceed therein in the manner most agreeable to
the Extraordinary nature of the Case, and Such as
will best Lend to vindicate,that authority which the
the said Francis Jennison< no role > Seems to Your Comittee to
have abused, and betrayed in the most Shameful
manner and to the worst of purposes.

Upon reading the Report of the Committee of his Maties.
Justices of the Peace of this County appointed by an Order of
the last Generall Quarter Session of the Peace for this County
bearing date the fourteenth day of October Last upon
occasion of his Majestys commands Signifyed by Letter
from the right Honble. the Lord Viscount Townshend one
of his Maties. principal Secretarys of State to the Justices of
peace of this County to be Vigilant in Suppressing and
