County residing within Kensington Division in the said
County have this day requested and desired that Mr. John
Jones the present high Constable of the said Division
(who hath already Served the Office of high Constable
for Three Yeares) may be continued in the said Office
untill the next Easter Quarter Sessions to be holden
for this County notwithstanding the said Order of the
Fifteenth day of January One thousand Seven hundred
and eighteen This Court In regard to the request of
the said Justices residing within Kensington Division
is pleased to Suspend, as to this Election for the said
Division only, the said Order of the Fifteenth day of
January 1718, And doth agree that the said John Jones< no role >
present high Constable of the said Division (who hath
Served the said Office for the Space of Three Years last
past) be continued therein till the next Easter Quarter
Sessions, And that it be so proposed to the Court on the
County day in the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for this County to the intent that an
Order of confirmation may be then made for that purpose
if the Court shall think fit to make the same,

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended and referred unto Sir Daniel Dolins< no role > Knight
and Robert Thornhill< no role > Esquire Justices of the Peace for
this County to take and adjust the Accompt of Robert
Hardisty Gentleman late Deputy Clerk of the Peace of this
County of the Colt Money, Honour Money, and Sockett
Money by him received of the Justices of the Peace of this
County, and how the same or any part thereof hath been
disposed of, and how much of the said Money is resting
in the hands of the said Robert Hardisty< no role > , And to
Report a State of the said Accompt unto his Majestys
Justices of the Peace to be Assembled in their
Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of the
Peace for this County,
