unto the Clerke of the peace of the said County for the time being
or his Deputy all such Fees as the said Joshua Walker< no role > or his respective
Servant or Servants shall or without his or their wilful default may
dureing the time he shall continue Keeper of the said prison receive
for the use of such Clerke of the peace of any prisoner or prisoners.
comitted or to be comitted to the said prison, And that whenever the
said Joshua Walker< no role > shall be displaced removed or discharged from
the said Office or employment of Keeper of the said prison by the
Justices of the peace of the said County or the Major part of them,
That then if he the said Joshua Walker< no role > shall forthwith peaceably
deliver up and quit the possession of the said prison and the dwelling
house and buildings thereto belonging with the appurts together
with the prisoners comitted to his Custody as Keeper of the said prison
and then remaining undischarged to such other person or persons
as shall be by the Justices of the peace of the said county or the
Major part of them elected chosen nominated and appointed to be
Keeper of the said prison in the stead and place of the said Joshua
Walker, Then this obligation to be void or else to remain in full force.

Order concerning claynes
relating to New prison and
goods therein}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended and
referred unto John Fuller< no role > William Cotesworth< no role > Thomas Pindar< no role >
William Kingsford< no role > Simon Michell< no role > John Ellis< no role > Charles Floyer< no role > Greinn
Vaughan Jacob Delamot Blagny< no role > Thomas Elmyer< no role > and Henry Lowth< no role >
Esqrs Justices of the peace of this County or any three of them to see if
there be any and what goods in New prison at Clerkenwell Which
belong to this County and to cause an Inventory to be taken of the
same to the intent that such Inventory may be signed and kept by
the Clerk of the peace of this County to the end that what goods may
be found in the said prison to belong to this County, may be preferred,
And also to consider of all clayms which are or may be made by any
person or persons relating to Newprison aforesaid or any and what
goods therein being, and for what or upon what pretence any such
claym or clayms are or may be made, and by whom, And to make their
Report in writing touching the premisses into his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County to be Assembled in Sessions.

Order upon the peticon
of Francis Geary< no role > .}

Upon reading the humble peticon of Francis Geary< no role > father of John
Geary lately deced late Keeper of Newprison in this County exhibited
unto this Court setting forth that the said John Geary< no role > did by the Order
of this Court expend a considerable Sume of Money in Building A
New Wall and Gate in the said prison for the safe Custody of the prisoners
comitted there and also in improveing the Gardens thereunto belonging
