a Chairman not
to continue above
one Yeare,

Whereas by an Order made at the Generall
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Thursday the Twenty Seventh day
of February in the Yeare of our Lord One
thousand seven hundred and Twenty Three
It was (inter alia) Resolved, and Declared by
the Court of the same Sessions that noe Chairman
should continue above the space of one Yeare,
This Court upon consideration had of the Same
Is of Opinion And doth accordingly Order that
soe much of the aforesaid Order as is above
recited be and the same is hereby repealed
and discharged,

to continue Chairman
for the ensueing
halfe Yeare,

It is Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this County
now Assembled at this present Generall Sessions
of the Peace holden for the said County Doe
Order (Nemine Contradicente) that Thomas
Abney Esquire Chairman of this Court
(who hath been Chairman for the space of
One Yeare) be and he is hereby desired to
Continue Chairman of the Generall Quarter
and Generall Sessions of the Peace for this
County for the halfe Yeare next Ensueing
