did on Thursday the 30th day of November last Surrender myself on
the above Prosecution in Discharge of my Bail before The Right Honourable
The Lord Mayor of the City of London
at Guildhall
and was thereupon
Committed to the Poultry
Compter And also Take Notice That I shall at
the next General Sessions of Oyer and Terminer and Gaol Delivery to be
holden for the City of London
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
on Wednesday
the Thirteenth fay of December Instant at 9 of the Clock in the forenoon
of the same day then and there Try my Traverse upon the above
Indictment Preferred by you against me for the above Offence Dated this
5th day of December 1786
