maker the abovenamed prosecutor maketh oath
that in January Sessions last this Deponents
then to fore having been violently assaulted
and beat by the abovenamed Defendants he
preferred a Bill of Indictment before the Gram
Inquest for the City of London
which was by
them found and returned to the Honourable
Court a turn Bill and fire cess was thereupon
issued against them and they severallly
enter into Recognizances with Justices or
appear in this honourable Court to answer &
plead to the said Judgements so found and
of Record as aforesaid, And this Deponent
further saith that neither of the Defend [..]
appeared pursuants to the Condition of their
Recognizance so Entered into as aforesaid
and this Deponent hath heard that the

hath Departed this Life
which he this Deponents verily believes
to be true, but possitively says that he was
