Church wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of Bromley
in the County of
Kent
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the Hands and Seals of The
Right Honourable Sir

and

Esquire
two of

Justices of the Peace
for the said City and the
Liberties thereof bearing Date the fourteenth
Day of November last Mary the Wife
of
William Mathews< no role >
a Sailor
in
his Majesty< no role >
's
Service and their three Children namely
Mary Ann< no role >
aged ten Years
William< no role >
aged seven Years and
Margaret aged two Years were removed from
and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew Hubbard
in the said City to the said Parish of Bromley
as the Place of their legal Settlement Whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved.
Therefore humbly pray your Warships
to receive their Appeal against the said
Order and to appoint a Day in the next General
or Quarter Sessions to hear & determine
the same.
