soon after wards to wit on the fourth day of May
last he took the larger of the said two Watches
to pawn from the said Prisoner Thompson
and Cent him there on four Guineas and on the
8th. of same Month the smaller one and lent
thereon two Guineassays that the prisoner
having so lately taken out the said Watches
he remembered both him and the Watches
again and therefore ask'd him no questions
concerning them,
