of the Poor of the said parish And Your Petitioner therefore apprehends
himself to be aggrieved by the said Rate or Assessment and that the said
Sum of Three pounds is illegally charged on him in and by the said Rate
or Assessment.

Your Petitioner therefore humbly appeals agt. the said
Rate or Assessment in respect of the Pr Sum of Three pounds
and prays that the said Rate so far as the same Relates to Your
Petitioner may be Quashed or that Your Petitioner may
be discharged from the payment of the said Sum of Three
pounds or be otherwise Relieved in the premises in such
manner as shall appear Instand Equitable to this Honourable
Court.
