Who saith that on WednesdayFridaylast about five o Clock in the
afternoon he saw James Henry< no role >
the Prisoner upon the Leads
of the first Story of the Dwelling House of Mr. Thomas Langdale< no role >
of Holborn Bridge
and that there were then assembled before the House a great [..] person in [..] and [..] manner that he this Examinant being then in the Lodging
Room of the said Mr. Langdale< no role >
one pair of Stairs forwards [..]
[..] peaceably desired the Prisoner to go down, which he refused
to do, damming him and putting an Iron Crow or Iron Bar
to his Brest andhisMonth and immediately broke two or
three Panes
in the Windows therewith, that examinant then
got out upon the Leds to the Prisoner with one Leg upon
the Window, and that the Prisoner then attempted to run
him thro' and totally broke the Windows saying that it was
a Pop is he House or had some thing of the kind that belonged
to it and thereupon entered the Room and broke the Goods and
other things that were therein [..] that Examinantthen
came down Stairs and left the House with the Prisoner
therein which was afterwards Burnt together with the Household
Goods and Furniture that were therein
