riotous and tumultuous out of Doors for three Quarters of an

his Iron Bar cross the Door endeavouring to keep them out,
says that the Mob rush'd in inspite of said Smille & Renitance
and many of them also got into the one pair of Stairs Window
and pouring in in great Numbers committed every outrage
possible, and after staving some and turning the Cocks of other
Casks and destroying the Goods and Furniture they set Fire
to the House between eight and nine in the Evening, which
was entirely consumed, And this Informant further saith that
after the Mob broke into the House as in above related, he
did not see the said Smille at all, nor did he at any time
see him commit any Violence whatsoever
