assembled in a riotous and tumultuous manner in Rope
makers alley

within the said City, where a

further Saith that he saw

under Examination on the Top of Dwelling House next
adjourning to the said Chapel which belonged as this Informant hath been informed to

throwing the Bricks from off
the Chimney of the same in order to pull down such House
that the said

the prisoner was the only one
of the Rioters that was employed at the Top of the House, the
rest employing themselves below in demolishing the
Floor Windows & doors & other matters in the said House
and this Informant further saith that he was present
near half an hour, and that the Sd. Prisoner

was very active in the Riot for the Whole time that he
this Informant remained a Spectator, and further Saith
that all the inside of the House is destroyed and part of
the Walls taken down
