and do their Suit there and in the said Court according to the Custom
of the said Court yearly for all the time aforesd. the said Men
inhabiting & resiant paying Scot & bearing Lot for the time being
within the Ward aforesd. were used accustomed & ought to appoint
& choose divers persons then inhabiting & resiant paying Scot &
bearing Lot within the ward aforesd. Jurymen of the sevl. precincts
of the said Ward to make an Inquest within & for the said Ward
for enquiring of & presenting divers Defaults & Offences committed
& to be committed within the sd. Ward for the Public Good
which said persons so appointed & Chosen were used accustomed
& ought on the Monday next after the Feast of the Epiphany next
after the sd. Election to make due presentment of all offences in that
behalf presentable within the said Ward for the public Good at the
Guildhall of the said City in the Court there held before the Mayor
& Aldermen of the said City for the time being for all the time afsd.
And that the said Hermanus Berens< no role > on the sd. 21st day of Decr
in the said Court of Wardmote then held for & within the said Ward
(to wit) at the parish of Saint Hellen< no role >
in the Ward aforesaid before the said James Townsend< no role >
then & now one of the Aldermen of the said City & then & yet Alderman of
