the said Ward according to the Custom of the same Ward and Court
aforesaid for all the time aforesaid used was duly elected into the
Office of One of the Wardmote Inquest in & for the precinctcalled
the pof St Botolph without Bishopsg, being one of the Precincts of
the said Ward for one whole year then next ensuing And that the
said Hermanus Berens< no role > afterwards (to wit) on the said 21st. day
of Decr in the 20th. year aforsd. at London aforesd. (to wit) at the
Parish afsd. in London afsd. had notice thereof and was then & there
duly required to appear among others in the Court holden before
the Mayor & Aldermen of the said City in the Guildhall of the said
City of London on Monday next after the Feast of the Epiphany
then next [..] following to make due presentment of all
Offences in that behalf presentable in the Ward aforesd. for the
Public Good Nevertheless the said Hermanus Berens< no role >
little regarding his Duty in this behalf but intending & endeavouring
the due Execution of his said Office last mentioned totally to neglect
& omit on the said 21st. day of Decr. in the 20th. year aforesaid
and continually after his said Election to the said Office until
the Day of the taking of this Inquisition (although often requested)
