of George Carried< no role > , against Thomas Hilliard< no role > , who
is charged before me, with having wilfully set
fire to his Dwelling House No. 6 Bird in hand
Court Whom her Oath saith, that one Tried as
Evening last about nine o' Clock the prisoner
Hilliare came home, that she this Informant

own Room; says that some little time after this

who had been down to the Vault in the Cellar on

Room, and she heard some body go into Hilliard lodging
Room; took it be Hilliard himself, about their him
she began to undress herself thinking to go to bed, but
her Room Door still remained open, she then recollected
that she wanted a little Water for her child to drink in
