Maketh Oath and saith that
he hath Waited upon and attended the above Defendant

who Lodges at a House upon Clepham
Common since the time he so Lodged there And Saith

hath been ill for some
him past But Saith That for above a Fortnight
last past he the said John Weston< no role >
hath Continually
kept his Bed and has not been able to be Moved
and that this Dept. hath for the have last aforesaid
Constantly Attended the said John Weston< no role >
And Saith
that he tha said John Weston< no role >
hath for the time he
hath so kept his Bed been obliged to take Composing
Draught And that he hath taken very little Food of
any kind And this Dept. Saith he is well Satisfied
that the said John Weston< no role >
is not now in a Condition
to be removed from Clapham
aforesaid without
great Daryer of his Life
