The Information of Thomas Kirby< no role >
Servant to Mrs. Mary Hoffman< no role > Widow a
Tallow Chandler in the Old Jewry against
Thomas Hilliard< no role > , who is charged before me
with having wilfully set Fire to his Dwelling
House No. 6. Bird in hand Court in the said City
who on Oath saith that he knows the
said Thomas Hilliard< no role > [..] that some little time
ago, but what Day in particular he cannot now
recollect, he the said Thomas Hilliard< no role > brought
a little Tub with some Kitchen Stuff in it to
his mistake's House in the Old Jewry aforesaid
desired this Informant to weigh it and he would
call for the money, said it was not his own
and this Informant for then saith that his
Hollow Servant and tried the said Tub, [..]
[..] says that the
Tub [..] in which the Kitchen Stuff was brought
to their House was about the size of a Common
Oyster Baul, and suppose it had been such,
saith that he did not take any particular
Notice of it, so as to be able to identify the
same,
