whole year then next ensuring by the Men inhabiting and
resiant paying Seat & bearing Lot within the said Ward whereof
the said Hugh Johnson< no role > afterwards to wit on the sd.
21st. day of Decr. in the 19th year afsd. and at diverse other
days & times at London aforesd. that is to say at the Parish
afsd. in the Ward afsd. has Notice Nevertheless the sd. Hugh
Johnsonlittle regarding his Duty in this behalf but
endeavouring & intending as much as in him lay totally to
hinder & retard the due execution of Justice from the sd. 21
day of Dec in the 19th Year afsd. to the day of the taking
of this Inquisition hath voluntarily obstinately & Contemptu
-ously wholly refused denied & neglected to take upon himself
the Office of One of the Wardmote Inquest against his said
Duty to wit at London afsd. in the Parish & Ward aforesaid
In manifest Complement & delay of Justice To the bad
Example [..] of all others in the like case
offending and against the peace of our said Lord the King
his Crown & Dignity And the Jurors aforesd. upon
their Oath aforesaid further present that the sd. Hugh
Johnson on the said 21 day of December in the 19th year afsd.
