Public Good which said Persons so appointed & chosen
were used accustomed & ought on the Monday next after the
Feast of the Epiphany next after their said Election to make
due Presentment of all Offences in that behalf presentable with
the said Ward for the Public Good at the Guildhall of the sd. City
in the Court there held before the Mayor & Alderman of the said
City for the time being for all the time aforsed. and that the sd.
Hugh Johnson< no role > on the sd. 21st. day of Decr.in the 19th year afsd.
in the said Court of Wardmote then held for & within the said Ward
to witin their the Church of the Parish of sd.in the said Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch in the Ward afsd. before
the said John Sawbridge< no role > then & now our of the Alderman of
the said City and then & yet Alderman of the sd. Ward according to
the Custom of the same Ward & Court afsd. for all the time aforesaid
used was duty elected into the office of One of the Wardmote Inquest
in & for the Precinet called Saint Clements Lane Precinet in
bring one of the Precinets of the said Ward for one what
year then next morning [..] Nevertheless the said Hugh Johnson< no role >
little regarding his Duty in this behalf but intending & endeavouring
due execution of his said office last mentioned totally to neglected and
omit on the said 21 day of Decr.in the 19th year afsd. and [..]
after his said Election into the said office and the Court [..]

And that the said Hugh Johnson< no role > afterward to wit on the said 21st day of December in the 19th. Year aforesaid at London aforsaid to wit at the Parish aforesaid in London
[..] had Notice thereof and was then and there duly required to appear among other in the Court holden before the Mayer and Alderman of the said City
[..] of the said City of London on Monday next after the Feast of the Epiphany then next following to make due presentment of all
presentable within the Ward aforesaid for the Public Good
