WHEREAS Complaint bath been made unto Us, tow
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew in Holborn
London, That Mary Nutcher< no role > the wife of Francis
Nutcher
< no role > who hath deserted her.
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said Mary Nutaher as othewise
adjudge to be true: and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary Nutcher< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Stephen in Walbrook
London
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Samuel Andrew in Holborn
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary
Nutaher
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Stephen in Walbrook London
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Over Seers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 19th Day of Dec. One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven
