Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldersgate London , and the
Church-Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor
of theParish of Hamlet of Hull End new Town in the
Parish of Saint Dunstan at stepney otherwise steben hath
in the County of Middlesex
and toe very of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without aldersgate
London, That Dorothy Thompson< no role > aged seven years and upwards and
Charlotte Thompson< no role > aged five years and upwards the two Daughters of Parish
Thompson who hath desired them Elizabeth has late wife deceased are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, at well upon
the Oath of Mary Stach as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Dorothy and Charlotte Thompson< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Hamlet of will end new Town in the said
Parish of Saint Dunstan at Stepney otherwise stolen Head in the
said County of Middlesex
and that hitherto they ought by Law to be sent

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Warden and Over Seers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Dorothy without aldersgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Dorothy< no role >
and Charlotte Thompson< no role >
from and out your said Parish, unto the saidParish of
[..] town in the said Parish of Saint
Dunslan at Stepney otherwise stepon Heath
And them deliver unto the Church Wardens and Over Seers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 22nd Day of January One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy eight
