The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Over Seers of the Door of the Parish of Saint Stephen
in Walbrook
in the City of London
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant Order under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said City of London
(Whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date
the Thirteenth day of December 1777

. who hath deserted her, was removed from
the Parish of Saint Andrew in Holborn
in the said City of
London to the said Parish Saint Stephen in Walbrook
as the last legal Place of her Settlement By which your
Petitioner's conceive themselves aggrieved and appeal to
this Court against the said Pass Order
Your Petitioner's therefore pray your
worhsips will be pleased to hear and
Determine the Matters touching this
appeal and give them such Relief on
the premisses as to your Worship shall
seem First and meet
And Your Petitioner's shall
ever Pray Etc
