WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the City of
London, That

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andarelikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of thesaid Sarah Smithas otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidSarah Smith and her three Children
James aged 9 years William aged 7 Years and Ann aged 5 Years
to be in the said Parish of Kyne-church
in the County of Hereford
and that hithertotheyought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Sepulchre in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidSarah Smith
and her three Children James William and Ann
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Kyne church in the County of Hereford
Andthemdeliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide forthemaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
