said Ship or Vessel otherwise than by such violent and stormy Weather
or by any Negligence or Default of the Deponent the said Joseph fletcher< no role >
the Master thereof or of the Deponent John Stott< no role > or any other of the Mariners
belonging to the same And lastly the said John Davies< no role > for himself saith
that the Duty for all the said Salt on Board the said Ship or Vessell hath
been paid to his Majesty
