The Information of Mary Vincent< no role > taken
before me this 3rd. day of January 1776

Who being upon Oath says that on Sunday Morning the
15th. of October last hearing a Noise in the Street she got
up and looked out of the Window when she saw Henry Stubbings< no role >
Servant to Mr. Platt and another Person struggling together
that the said Henry Stubbings was down on the Ground and the
other Person was upon him that the Stranger ran away
without his Hat and Wig and his Head appeared to have
been lately shaved, that the said Henrygot up &
followed him a few Yards and then fell having been stabbed
and that she does verily believe that the person who
had so ran away without his Hat and Wig had stabbed
the said Henryof which Wounds he soon
afterwards died
