and verily believes afterwards became Bankrupt and hath ever since
continued a Prisoner for Debt as this Deponent verily believes
And this Deponent saith that he verily believes that for the
above Reason only the said John Robertson< no role > omitted to prosecute
the said Thomas Walker< no role > for such Felony.
