said that without Cox Testimoney their Deponent cannot
with safety take his Tryal thereon and this Deponent is
informed and forty believes that the said Mary Brackenbury< no role >
on
or about Monday the fifth Instant went to oxford which was then
unknown to their Deponent or this Deponent could have subpance her
to Appear at the present Sessions and take his Tryal but the said
Mary Brackenbury< no role >
being so gone to oxford, and this Deponent not knowing
where in Oxford to find her Could not get her Subpaned to appear at the
present sessions, And this Deponent Saith that he did not know or over
heard that the said Mary Brakenbury< no role >
intended to go out of Town untill
after she was gone, he this Deponent being at Windser
on Business
at the time she left this Deponent Honest to go for oxford or their
Deponent would have subpaned her before she left London Lord this
Deponent further Saith that he is informed and believes the said
Mary Brackenbury< no role >
will return to London within the space of Two
or Twelve Days and that this Deponent [..] about subpaned her
to have the Benefit of her Testimoney at that [..] session
