he believes to be true) sent to Bedford
to apprehend some
Felons concerned with him in Robberies so that this Deponent
cannot have the benefit of his Testimoney at the present
Session and therefore this Deponent cannot with safety profer
a Bill of Indictment against the said Samuel Walace so as
to have the same returned by the Grand Inquest a true
Bill without the Testimony of the said George Bamsby< no role >
