To the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of the City of London and the
rest of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Samuel Turner< no role > and Brackley Kennett< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh
day of December last Sarah Wenman< no role > singlewoman was
Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Bridget in the said City to the said Parish of Saint Giles in
the Fields as the place of her last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved
by the Adjudication of the said Two Justices therefore
Humbly Appeal to this Court against the same And
pray your Worships will appoint a Day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining the said
Appeal

And your Petitoners shall pray Etc
