passing through

he heard the sd. Mr. [..] Bertis
Coachman
instant to some body to get
out of the way presently after which
Deptthe Coach in which Dept was went
last to the Cart the deced was driving
in so much that the Wheel of the sd. Cart
almost treated the Coach Window and
there being a Ditch on the other side of the
Court put this Dept and the Passing out
in the sd. Coach in great danger say she
did not percived by any motion of the
Coach that it the Which of the Coach
passed over the [..] body [..]

[..] says he was no reason to
believe that the sd Coachman was [..] at
all intricated with strong Liquor

Hospital maketh Oath that on Wardnesday
Evening last the 17th. inst. the deced was last
to St. Bartholomew's Hospital
believers the
Hours of 8 & 9, and on inspecting him Dept
found him up richless his left of the thigh being
before that Dept. observed he had been a little
while before let Blood that the deced also
appeared to have reced some Injury upon
his Breast Bonds though no extenel wound
appeared is out Dept. had not an opportunity of
opening the deced Dept. cannot determine what
occasioned the deced death and say he died the
same Evening.
