of Hanover Square by the Parish of St. George
Henover Square in the County of Middx Esqr .
in maketh Oath that on Wednesday last he
against as Dept was driving his Mestire
Coach through Islington Drwan by two
[..] Golding and that deced driving a
Cart a man appearing to have at the conduct
the sd. Cart standing upon the Shaft of the sd
last says that when Dept had advanced
in attain 20 Yards of the deced or thereabts.
Dept called to the deced seval. times to get
out of the way but instead thereof he bere
down to the left to prevent this Depts. passing
him say he did not see the different truth [..]
the deced in [..]

believes had did not throw him down and
Dept did not previous that within after off
when passed Over the direct. Says the sd
Coach [..] and the two Fieldings
drawing the [..] are the property of the sd
Peregrine Bertie< no role > and that the sd. Coach
is of the Value of above £10 and the [..]
fieldings about £4 each

The said William Vain< no role > being again remained
upon his Oath saith that after the deced had
burran over by the sd. Coach & Cart Dept. ran
after the Coach and desired the Coachman to
stop, who notwhithstanding drove [..] upon
a Tret and Dept. think it had at his [..]
Rein and missed it and then the Coachman
stoped
