The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churhchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of your Lordship and Fras: Cokayne< no role > Esqr . Two of
his Majestys Justices of the peace (one being of the Quorum)
For the said City and the Liberties thereof bearing date the
Eighth day of September last. Elizabeth Douglass< no role > Widow of
John Douglass< no role > deceased ad their Two Children, Ann < no role > aged
Thirteen Years and Mary < no role > aged Seven Years were removed from
the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great London to the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of their last
legal Settlement whereby Your petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly appeal to this
Honble Court against the said Order or pass
Warrant and pray such Releif in the Premises
as to this Honble Court shall seem meet.
