The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church-
-Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Ann
within Aldersgate
in the said City of London
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said City (one being of the Quorum) dated the twentieth
Day of November last past,
Bethiah King< no role >
, Widow
of
Charles
King< no role >
deceased, was removed from the Parish of Saint Giles
without Cripplegate
in the said City, to the said Parish of
Saint Ann
, as the place of her last legal Settlement.
That your petitioners think themselves aggrieved by
the Judgment of the said two Justices, and therefore humbly
appeal to this honourable Court against the same, and
Pray that this Honble Court will be
pleased to hear and Determine their said
Appeal, and make such Order therein
as shell be just.
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
