WHEREAS Complaint hath been unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said

adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said

Mary his wife
and their said Child
to be in the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate in the County of
Middx and that thitherto the said

Child
and that thither toought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary Gibson< no role >
and her said Child
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Botolph Aldgate
in the County of Middlesex
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 2d Day of July One Thousand
