The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Sir Robert Kite< no role > and Sir Thomas
Rawlinson< no role > Knt : two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of
the City of London and Libertys thereof (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 31st day of July 1767. Elizabeth
Proudfoot< no role > Widow of Andrew Proudfoot< no role > deceased was removed
and conveyed from and out of the said Parish of Saint Giles
without Cripplegate London to the said Parish of St Luke Middx .

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant
of the said two Justices Do humbly appeal
against the same and pray that this Court
will be pleased to make such Order in the
Premisses for the relief of your Petitioners
as they shall seem meet.
